1  The Brief introduction of keke in Africa 

This topic is from one  project Which i am touching.  I need to exporting some electric keke to Nigeria  and Ghana . so i talked to some users , they give me some points they are troubling .I think  it is useful  for all who want to import . the weather of Africa is very special , there is some long time rainy season . and the road is sediment and some big water hole . therefore   there is some special using requirement 

 The special  keke design requirement  of water proof  as below:

2. Electronic Motor

Because of the different weather situation, normal waterproof in china  is IP54. But it is not enough for keke in Africa , at least it need IP67. otherwise , the water enter into the motor .  it will difficult to work normally .

3 Electric Controller

The arts of controller to seal is very important . in china , It is normal waterproof painting is ok, but for the product to Africa , it need to use the epoxy resin to seal the controller .  of course the cost will increase , but the safety will increase too 

4 Battery Space 

Normally we like the plate bottom for the battery space . but once water enter , it will be difficult to go out . so when we design it , It need some angle , and leave the bar of osculum, once there is water enter , it can go very fast 

5 Wire connection

in the dry weather , the normal wire connection is enough for all the electric wire. but in the rainy season . the  brume is everywhere , it easily enter inside of the electric components. so we need to use the special connections for the wire 

6 Display

In the rainy season for the display , it is easy to be foggy . then the driver will difficult to see something  . so we need to add the heating equipment to avoid it happen . 

7 The Purchase  of KEKE   as below:

if you want to buy the  your keke , you need to know :

         1) the type of the Battery ,do you want to buy the Acid leading or the lifepo4 Battery . there is some big difference on the price .

       2) The Motor type and capacity . some motor is PMSM Motor . the price is expensive . if the normal motor , it will be cheaper . how much power and  Capacity . pls note

        3)  Related charger , if you buy acid Battery , pls take the related charger , if you buy the Lifepo4 Battery , pls match your related charger.  Pls don’t mix them to use .
