This is a interesting topic . whats kind of the electric tricycle is called  EV on tuktuk. in the tricycle  market many years . most of the drive system is fuel or gasoline . then we changed it into Electric. then we call it Electric Vehicles. but if we want to produce the new energy electric tricycle .i think there will be different .  till now there is no any standard on the new energy electric tricycle . so we can reference for it  according to some stand new energy Car as below :

1)  Power Battery System 

firstly the main single cell will be LFP or solid Battery .  In china , including the NCM battery  they are the main resource of the power of new energy system .

secondly the Battery pack need to be meet the waterproof and safety standard.  from the single cell to box to the gasket ring . and the heating  management, connector  for the tricycle battery ,normally it will be 72V or 60v. Our electric tricycle is 72V . no 60V 

Thirdly  the BMS  for the battery monitor . it wil monitor real time the voltage ,currency  temperature and  SOC  SOH for the  extra charging ,extra discharging and protection 

2) Driving Motor

   Our Electric tricycle will be the 5kw PMSM Motor . it is the few volume ,huge power , when it work with our FOC Controller ,the performance will be  perfect

3) the electric Controller System 

Firstly MCU Motor controller ,it convert the DC into AC, Control the motor Nm and speed . the FOC Controller to managment the performance of the starting

Secondly VCU  the the control System of the whole vehicle . It will associate the BMS  MCU  Brake ,light and the charging 

Thirdly the accessary .DC-DC to charging the light and display  and  OBC The charger

4) Motor technique . we use the Tesla technique .voltage 72V  Bajaj use  BOSHI .technique 60V

5)Charging way 

ours can use the hand charger or the solar charging . Bajaj will be hand charger

 it depends on the battery type and Capacity . 100-240km for one charging

3) What the warrantee?

the motor 1 year , body 3 years . Battery 2 years

4) How lon gi can receive it if I pay

It depend on the area and the quantity . few quantity 1-2 weeks, shipping time will depends on the country  at most will be 2 month 

5) How about the payment terms 

normally you deposit 30% to  produce . before shipping , pay the balance 

6) what’s the currency i can use ?

normally it will be USD or EUROP . In some areas we also can accept local currency like Nigeria , Ghana and Colombia 

7) What the Mini  Quantity 

you can buy 1 sample but normally we hope you will buy 3pcs at one time 

8) if you can send the engineer to our place 

if you buy some big quantity and  it is necessary to go to local the buyer afford the fees of travel . we can send the engineer 

9) How about the service ?

we can provide the online service at the working time , if it is neccessarry , we will send the engineer to your place

10)  if  I can work as your agent ?
