1 The type of 4S BMS

Before We once talked the BMS type as below:

am not sure if you are clear .  but recently many guys come to ask the 4S BMS .so i  i will mention the details of 4S  BMS to explain it again  

4S BMS has two type , 

one is the hardware BMS as below  The famous brand is JIABAIDA

Another one is with the  Bluetooth . we call it smart BMS as below:

now it is seldom to see the 4S BMS with wifi  if yes. then it is the additionally  Independent Functional Module. it is not integrated one with the BMS . It is very import for us to understand it 

2  the capacity of 4S BMS 

  all the 4S BMS  will have different Capacity.they will be  like 4S  100A 150A  200A  250A n Hardware and Smart BMS 

you can choose the the different type . 

here ,pls note one very important thing. you need to choose the BMS according to your loading of the Electrics. .It is Ampere . not the Ah .  not according to the capacity like Ah to choose .

3 The balancer  to work with  4S BMS

  This is one very important thing . If customer want to use the active balance to work with the 4S BMS

the solution is as below 

1)Firstly  add the independent module as below :

according to the  different  capacity of the cells . you can choose different 

2) Secondly integrated active Balance BMS

as below :

It is the JK 8S 100A or 200A .  it has equip the active Balance 1A  2A or 0.6A .  the advantage is convenient .but it is expensive . because they don;t design the separate 4S BMS   The Min series is 8S . but you can reduce the 8S into 4S . Just the cost is high
