1) Firslty Raw Material Inspection (Battery System Testing and Sampling Equipment)
Battery capacity, voltage, internal resistance, appearance, dimensions of the casing, thickness, fit of accessories, manual and automated testing
2) econdly inspection in production process
Battery pairing and correct installation of battery tabs in the module are being checked by BMS AfE.
3) Thirdly Finished Product Testing (Aging Test)
Each product is carefully tested before delivery. Aging tests ensure stable performance, safety, and compliance with international standards.
