1  whats the smart Battery

         Actually the smart battery is very fresh and interesting name . this is  the first time to hear for me . in the professional field  there is no  this name .  i am thinking the reason and resource of this name . 

maybe it is becuare it can be smartly to motor the battery voltage , inner , capacity and the SOC and so on . . for all the users has pick up this  name . then i want to explain it more .

   Battery itself cant be smart . the real reason is the smart BMS,

 Recently with the development of needs from running company, it has make up of smart system.. It include the lifepo4 Battery Smart BMS . Controller with the vehicles and the smart charger . therefore it can effectively manage the speed , charging and protection of being stolen.  of course . I am not sure if the will call the smart  Battery

2 The manufacture of smart  Battery as below:

The manufacture of the smart Battery  is not so easy , especially for some high speed keke, the requirement is very high .

  1 )firstly the material :

  2) Secondly the  Smart BMS as below :

 4)  the fourthly the  communication between  the BMS and the  electric  Controller  and the smart charger .

of couse . this step is most important and difficult . normally they will communicate with the can agreement . and it need the cooperation of  manufacture of the BMS. controller and the chargers and the battery pack to work together .  so it need long time and much communication . so the smart system for the electric bike  ,motor bike and tuktuk .

for example : one art 

all of them is just for the reference . 

Note: there is  some special requirement . if you need lots of KEKE Battery to rung the business to for swap .  then the  KEKE Battery need GPS to avoid some riks  , and need the communications with the Charger and KEKE structure .So you need to book  them separately . Because the normal  keke Battery don’t  Equip them .

Now in Africa . I think only some big company is using this system like Spiro . if no need to run the swap business , just privately use it , then no need too much smart requirement . just use the samrt BMS to manage the lifepo4 Cells will be enough

But if you need the whole smart battery for your vehicles . it will be work like this one
