The Manufacture of KEKE Battery
1 The Brief introduction As below :
This topic is from one project Which i am touching. that is Change The fuel into Electric KEKE. in Nigeria .
Now all the existing KEKE In the market which need to use the battery . Some of them are from India , for example : the famous brand Bajaj and TVS.. .these two kinds of KEKE has some little difference . and some of them are from China , and Some of them KEKE DIY By local Engineer .
The type of KEKE Battery voltage is mainly like 72V 60V 48V . 48v is from previous acid battery , 60V and 72v are from lithium ion Battery . If they are lifepo4 (LFP) Battery . the main Capacity will be from 50Ah-150Ah ). most of them are 50Ah, 100Ah or 120Ah.
all of Above is the basic situation .
2 The manufacture of KEKE Battery as below:
The manufacture of the KEKE Battery is not so easy , especially for some high speed keke, the requirement is very high .
1 )firstly the material :

all of them is just for the reference .
Note: there is some special requirement . if you need lots of KEKE Battery to rung the business to for swap . then the KEKE Battery need GSP to avoid some riks , and need the communications with the Charger and KEKE structure .So you need to book them separately . Because the normal keke Battery don’t Equip them .
3 The Purchase of KEKE Battery as below:
if you want to buy the Battery for your keke , you need to know :
1) the type of the Battery ,do you want to buy the Acid leading or the lifepo4 Battery . there is some big difference on the price .
2) The voltage and Capacity . how much voltage and Capacity . pls note Capacity is Ah, It is not Ampere .
Pls check your KEKE motor and Controller . he will telll you what it can support 60V or 72V . the capacity you will choose according to your lasting journey and money .
3) Related charger , if you buy acid Battery , pls take the related charger , if you buy the Lifepo4 Battery , pls match your related charger. Pls don’t mix them to use .
