IF I have a home storage energy 48v 100Ah and one motor Bike

For example My motor Bike Lifepo4 (LFP)  battery is 72v 30Ah , at some urgent case like suddenly  they shut  the Electronic  supply . how to do ? now it is necessary us to use the lifepo4 Battery pack  48v 100Ah to charge another lifepo4 Battery pack 72v 30AH Battery . How to safety to do it ?

     1.1  Solution principle as below :
 firstly Pls Connect your 48V 100Ah energy storage power station to a vehicle power inverter, then plug your original  Lithium Ion Battery pack 72V electric motorcycle charger into the inverter to charge the LLFP Battery pack 72V 30Ah electric motorcycle battery.

 
    1.2 Working principle:
 

1)   The direct current from the 48V energy storage power station is converted into 220V household AC power by the inverter.

2 )Plug your original factory 72V charger of the electric motorcycle into the inverter.

3) The charger outputs matched voltage to charge the 72V battery with constant current and constant voltage.

 

This method completely avoids the risks caused by mismatched direct voltage connection.

2 Power configuration reference

For a 72V 30Ah lithium battery, the original charger is usually 72V 3A.

 

It is recommended to use a pure sine wave inverter of 600W~1000W.

 

Do not use modified sine wave inverters, which may damage the charger.

3  Charging cycle calculation

Energy storage power station: 48V 100Ah

 

Electric motorcycle battery: 72V 30Ah

 

After deducting the power loss of the inverter and charger, the energy storage station can fully charge the electric motorcycle battery about 1.8 times.

4  Safety precautions

  1. )Must use a pure sine wave inverter, avoid cheap modified sine wave models.
  2. )Choose an inverter with DC 48V input, do not buy 12V/24V versions by mistake.
  3. )Use thick wires for connection between the energy storage station and inverter to prevent overheating.
  4. )Place the inverter and energy storage power station in a well-ventilated area during charging; do not use in enclosed spaces or direct sunlight.
  5. )Do not discharge the energy storage power station to an excessively low level; stop using it when remaining power is about 20%.
 
 Finally In short, this method is safe and operable, no circuit modification is needed, just use the original motorcycle charger directly. Only a 48V input, 600W+ pure sine wave inverter is required.
